NCover GUI reloaded

I have freshened up the NCover project to build a simple Gui around it. Not much work, just some Category attributes to put there and there...

You do know Jeff Key had a GUI for NCover as well?

Yes, but this one is more integrated with NCover. NCoverSettings is just attached to a property grid and it is then used to launched coverage.

<br>Moreover, this GUI does more than loading the report, it creates a tree, a treemap, etc...
<br>
<br>The GUI should be integrated into NCover main trunk in the next days...
